Founded as Corporate Technology Solutions almost 25 years ago, CTS works with large corporate, education and government organisations to deliver audiovisual (AV) services that enhance collaboration, performance and engagement.
The pandemic was a catalyst for CTS. It forced many of their clients to quickly adapt to the challenges of remote work and events, and provided an opportunity for them to deliver value in an entirely new environment. CTS needed to redesign their entire customer experience to appeal to these companies and position themselves as leaders at the forefront of this change.
Designate worked closely with the leadership team and interviewed clients and partners to craft a new value proposition: Solutions for a seamless world. The new CTS partners with organisations to help them thrive with advanced AV solutions that seamlessly blend the boundaries of the digital and physical.
We encouraged CTS to adopt a shorter, more memorable acronym as their logo and defined a brand architecture with three divisions: Production, Consulting and Support, each with a distinct yet harmonious colour palette, enabling CTS to blend their products and services for seamless end-to-end solutions.
We created a dynamic design system from a series of recorded audio waves in seamless fluid motion, representative of the ever-evolving nature of AV technology. The design system was delivered through a digital brand guidelines hub, that can accommodate growth and provide instant access to digital brand assets.
